Hey all, just sent emails out to all Ice-R participants and the Monday climb folks. Please check your in box. Of note, I've elected to move the start time at Rite-Aid back to 9:00 am, to allow a little more time for travel.

With the bad weather and poor avalanche conditions I've elected to bail. I won't be coming in with the Friday crew. Sorry, all.

Was really looking forward to this, but I am not prepared for the conditions.

Hi guys,

I've signed up for Shasta Green Butte event this Sunday followed by Mt. Hood event. Is anyone interested to carpool? I can drive or join someone who has a similar plan. Please text me if interested. I hope to start driving early Sunday morning from San Jose, CA because we need to meet at Rite Aid at 9am.

Ill likely arrive around 5pm Friday, so not sure if that is going to make the cut for the hike, but Id be happy to head up with Darren's crew on Saturday.

I dont have a 4 season tent so if I can share or borrow that would be great.

Will - sounds like you are coordinating gear requests w darren, so Ill put myself on a list for a tent.

Im also game to share a tent with someone. I dont snore.

Ok, looked at my travel schedule again and I might be able to swing it if I leave at the crack of dawn tomorrow.

Will - can we start an email chain to iron out logistics and gear? The MAA thread is tough to follow.

@Adrienne - I'm going in on Friday morning, just to be clear. Will is heading in on Saturday morning. If you need a tent I'll put one in my car for you with your name on it. There is a hide-a-key box on my rear roof with the key. Be sure to lock my car back up and put the box back in place when you are done. It's an orange Subaru with a rack on the back.
