Presentation - Avalanche Awareness

Join us for a presentation on Avalanche Awareness. This interactive online presentation and discussion is intended for anyone who ventures into steep and snowy terrain. We'll address all the information of which climbers, skiers, and mountain enthusiasts should be aware. Whether you are an experienced expert or a starry-eyed newbie, everyone is invited to attend and bring your knowledge, thoughts and questions!

Maximum 20, pre-registration only, Tuesday 8:00 - 9:00 pm.

• Please pre-register to attend, maximum of 20 MAA members.
• FREE for Apex members, $5 for Base members and $10 for Associate members - you can become an MAA member here.
• Those registered will be sent the link to the presentation in all the follow-up emails.  
• To get the most out of the presentation we recommended using a computer or a tablet with a quality microphone and a large screen. Sending video is not necessary.
• Our platform is Google Meet video conferencing - please test for compatibility by going to the link before the presentation begins.
